Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Swimwear (unless defective) or any items that show signs of wear or damage not present at the time of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:
- Receive Instructions: Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
International Returns
For our global adventurers outside the US (excluding some regions in Asia), please note:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on exchange rates
Damaged or Defective Items
If your performance gear arrives damaged or defective (which is as rare as forgetting your map on a hike), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
