Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to serve adventurers worldwide (excluding some regions in Asia and remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipping)

International Customers: Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our gear like we stand behind every adventurer who wears it. If your Pranas apparel doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you can exchange or return items with the same ease as slipping into our moisture-wicking fabrics.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Important Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Swimwear (unless defective) or any items that show signs of wear or damage not present at the time of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) for return/exchange (product name, size/color)
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Your preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)
  2. Receive Instructions: Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely, include the RMA number clearly on the package, and ship to:

  4. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.

International Returns

For our global adventurers outside the US (excluding some regions in Asia):

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on exchange rates

Damaged or Defective Items

If your performance gear arrives damaged or defective (which is as rare as forgetting your map on a hike), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
